If you enter your email address on one of our pre-launch pages and select NOTIFY ME, we use your email address to send you emails about Særre, including information about the class you expressed an interest in, new classes and other Særre updates.

When you sign up, we record your email address, the page through which you joined the mailing list, the date of your consent, the version of the consent wording you agreed to, and confirmation that you gave marketing consent.

We process this information on the basis of your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Providing your email address is voluntary. You do not need to join the mailing list to visit the pre-launch pages.

We use Brevo to manage the Særre mailing list and send marketing emails. When you join the mailing list, your email address and the associated consent information described above are transferred to Brevo and stored in our Brevo account.

Brevo acts as a service provider processing this information on our behalf. According to Brevo, the servers used to process and store its databases are located within the European Union.

We keep your mailing-list information for as long as you remain subscribed or for as long as necessary to demonstrate that your marketing consent was obtained lawfully.

If you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe, we will stop using your email address to send you marketing emails. We may retain limited information where necessary to document your withdrawal of consent and ensure that you are not contacted again against your wishes.

You can withdraw your consent at any time. You can unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link included in our marketing emails or contact us at hello@saerre.com.

Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew it.

Our pre-launch website is hosted using Netlify. When you visit the website, technical information necessary to deliver and secure the website may be processed automatically. This can include information such as your IP address, browser and device information, the requested page, and the date and time of the request.

This processing is necessary for the reliable and secure operation of the website and is based on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Under the GDPR, you may have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate personal data, request deletion of your personal data, request restriction of processing, object to certain processing, receive certain personal data in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time.
